Come on guys, to the gonzo!
Sengoku Basara 3
Sengoku Musou 3
keyword: "LOVE", sm queen, mononoke hime
My desire of getting a Wii in the near future just got fired up even more...especially when it comes to the debate of Wii or PS3. I do wonder how will one wield a weapon with the Wii baton, I mean, is it actually waving the baton around with proper stances or button smashing in the same way as a ps2 or a gc controller does (though i wouldn't mind taking more initiatives in the battlefield =v=) And notice the similarity between both trailers。。。this is just like childish fights between elementary schoolers, with all the additional mockings (Koei 和Capcom根本就是欢喜冤家嘛)
As for the characters:
Basara side:

As always, the destined rivals (ps there're too many cgs with cherry blossoms decorating the background, not saying that's a bad thing, but i mean。。。come on, this is not a love simulation game? or is it XD)

And i am overjoyed that Ishida Mitsunari finally joined (Hurray). Can't say that I'm satisfied with the designs though (the combination of the hair, the slenderness of the body, and the mini-skirt(?)). There are also doubts with the name of the special skills (wth is 号哭 = =)
Musou side:

Here comes the Mononoke Hime. I'm so greatful that he still got the looks (especially after seeing the emo basara version of Mitsunari), though his looks does remind me of the weird furry coat that Shoukatsuryou wears in the newest Sangoku Musou.

On the other hand Kanetsugu Naoe really hasn't changed a bit (a slightly grown up version maybe?)
Now the other charas were。。。to some extend, more fashionable than before? (especially the girls, the exposure rate of their customs were just) Hopefully the stories are still durable.

Ya I also noticed how similar the trailers were! So silly... they're two very different series though, I wonder why they try to make it similar to each other. I hope Musou follows Basara and gets released on PS3 also, because I want a PS3... xD
Lol at Kanetsugu's helmet.
Sengoku Musou 3 is meant to be played with a classic-style controller I think - they're releasing a bundle of the game and the controller. There's Sengoku Musou Katana which was released for a Wii, where you have to swing the Wiimote around, but people complained it's too tiring to play like that. :P

OMFG I just realized that the Basara Mitsunari looks like Matsuyama Kenichi a bit = =;;;;;;;;;
And I found the boob girl from Musou to be quite pretty but I absolutely do not like her exposure - - and the other new chara were all pretty good looking XD but did not promote much interest in terms of...hmm personality? if you know what i mean...I'm currently looking forward to the release of more BASARA characters =D

Is he? The only place I saw him in is Nana, and trust me, he was not the one I focused on lol
I have to agree with you that Musou is a much more serious serie than Basara (to some extend),but yeah, Basara's a lot relaxing to play
To Suihi
Currently there aren't that many games on PS3 which made me go "OK, I have to get a PS3, now", so Wii still dominates for now lol
A classic-style controller, I wonder if the GC controller works. Guess swinging Wiimote around for 3 hrs could be quite tiring, now I think about it (thought I'd love to give a try)
